(formerly Zhongdian Huadong Import and Export Co., LTD.) was established in June 1994 in Shanghai, China by the sole proprietorship of China Electronics Import and Export Co., LTD., under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China Electronics Information Industry Group Co., LTD. In October 2017, it was restructured into a one-person limited liability company. It is mainly engaged in the domestic and foreign trade of steel products, electric light sources and household appliances.
